Overview
This track is for skilled creatives who may not yet be crypto experts but excel in writing, video production, brand identity, design, memes or other forms of media. Participants will receive a grant to develop high-quality content while working closely with the Espresso team to refine their understanding of Espresso and the broader crypto landscape.
Guidelines
- Participants should have demonstrated expertise in a creative medium.
- Content should align with Espresso’s mission and be engaging for the crypto community.
- Participants must submit an initial work sample as part of their application.
- Creators will have access to mentorship and feedback sessions.
Process
- Submit an application with a portfolio or work sample.
- Meet with Espresso team to pitch ideas and agree on a direction.
- Scope out final deliverables, receive confirmation and grant funding ($250–$1000 per participant).
- Attend two 1-hour mentoring sessions with an Espresso team member.
- Create and publish high-quality content tailored to Espresso’s mission.
- Submit final work for review and potential amplification by Espresso’s channels.
Capacity
Up to 5 participants for the Spring Session (April–June).
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Content Quality: 75% of submitted works meet Espresso's quality standards upon first review.
- Reach: Each piece of content achieves a minimum of 1,000 impressions within 14 days.
- Engagement Rate: Minimum 2% engagement rate (likes, comments, shares relative to views).
