Overview

This track is for crypto-native experts who want to go deep on Espresso’s technology and mission and are enthusiastic about building a thought leadership presence in the ecosystem. These creators will actively produce in-depth content (not limited video but also blog posts; docs; creative / brand assets; etc.) and receive strategic guidance through regular one-on-one sessions.

Guidelines

• Participants should have prior experience in the crypto ecosystem.
• Content should focus on Espresso’s technical and strategic value.
• Thought leadership and original insights are encouraged – including open questions or reasonable criticisms of Espresso’s approach. We want to foster balance (though of course we hope you’ll be convinced by what we are up to).
• Participants will have access to a minimum of 3 1:1 sessions with an Espresso team member over the course of the program.

Process

1. Submit an application detailing experience and content strategy.
2. Receive confirmation and grant funding ($500–$1500 per participant).
3. Participate in weekly 1:1 check-ins for strategic guidance.
4. Publish and promote high-quality, in-depth content.
5. Collaborate with Espresso’s team to refine and amplify messaging.

Capacity

Up to 10 participants for the Spring Session (April–June).

KPIs & Success Metrics

• Thought Leadership Impact: At least 30% of content is engaged with by notable industry figures or major crypto communities.
• Engagement per Post: Minimum of 3% engagement rate (likes, comments, shares relative to views).
• Impressions per Post: Minimum of 5,000 views per content piece within 14 days.
• Audience Growth: Participants should see at least a 15% increase in social following by the end of the program.
